This booking confirmation is a legally binding contract.
All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of deposit, and at the tariffs applicable according to season.
Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowance can be made for meals not taken.
“Arrival/check-in” can be any time, although the proprietors cannot guarantee the rooms will be ready for occupancy until 3.00pm.
Rooms must be vacated by 10.00 am on day of departure.
Accounts must be paid before departure and cheques will only be accepted if prior arrangements have been made with the proprietor to allow for bank clearance.

If you need to cancel
If you need to cancel your booking, the proprietors must receive written notice of cancellation signed by the lead guest. We must insist you use the recorded delivery service. If you cancel more than 7 days before arrival the cancellation charge is the deposit paid.

In the event of any cancellation or curtailment, the person whose name appears on the booking form will be liable to pay for the total cost as per the reservation.

Deposits are not refundable, but will be deductible from any claim for compensation arising out of any cancellation or curtailment of the contract.
If the deposit has been paid using a credit/debit card authorised account number, then the payment due, owing to cancellation, will also be made on this same account number by the proprietor.
The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is apart to that contract cause any detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests.

When booking your stay you are entering into a legally binding contract, and it is recommended that you take out insurance cover.

All public areas and rooms are designated NO SMOKING.
